Over the past few months I have been working on a resource for parents and families (the Parent & Family Resource). It is a series of videos discussing Principles of Divine Truth as applied to parenting, family relationships and dynamics.
The first videos in the Parent & Family Resource cover basics of Divine Truth (as taught by Jesus & Mary) including terminology and various other Divine Truth material that is referenced in the Parent & Family Resource.
The first videos have now been published on YouTube and are ready for you to watch at eloisalh.com YouTube channel.
There are a number of other videos that I am currently editing and I intend to produce further videos to add to the resource over the coming months. I hope you find the resource useful.
Written in February 2019, reflections on mediumship.
I am experimenting with mediumship skills.
God has given the ‘sense’ of mediumship as a gift to humanity in order that people on earth and in the spirit world can communicate with one another. This is a pretty awe inspiring possibility with a lot of wonderful potentials when the sense is used wisely. For example, when our motivations are ethical and moral and we desire to learn about love, truth and God’s Laws. Or we desire to love our brothers and sisters and bring about positive change.

Fragmentation is when we close parts of ourselves off in order to avoid feeling painful emotions. We become pieces, fragments of our self rather than a cohesive whole. Fragmentation is a way to ‘cope’ in the world when we have experienced trauma or pain. It is a way to control emotion.
Written on 20 August 2013, reflections on cause and effects in my life.
‘Putting out fires’ is a metaphor for the Law of Cause and Effect, or cleaning up after the errors in my soul/my emotional self rather than dealing with the cause and the events, feelings, triggers the Law of Attraction exposes in the moment.

Thoughts and reflections on re sensitizing to emotion and expressing feelings.
Emotions are part of life.
Emotions happen while we’re doing everyday living.
Emotions are normal.
Emotions range from pleasurable to painful.
Emotions are part of us and part of the enjoyment and experience of life.
Under the guilt lies shame
She believes it is a thing to protect
A fearful feeling to avoid at all costs
Her terror of feeling emotion
Keeps her trapped
